I am honor to be part of this significant event, by donating three of my paintings to help raise money for the Share Our Strenght's 19th Taste of the Nation: San Diego that will take place at May S. Marcy Sculpture Court and Garden at the San Diego Museum of Art on Sunday, May 3, 2009. An exceptional collection of San Diego's finest restaurants, chefs, fine wine and spirits will provide a culinary feast in order to raise money to help end childhood hunger.
This is the only event of its kind where 100 percent of ticket sale proceed support the fight against childhood hunger. Key recipient include vital San Diego organizations Los Ninos and San Diego Hunger Coalition. These organizations work to allievate child hunger and maltrutition in San Diego County through networking, education and advocacy. They provide much-needed food and nutritional resources through the San Diego Food Bank, Food Stamps, school meals and other community programs.
